Shanghai Wenlida Electric Company was officially founded on Tongchuan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai, marking the company’s entry into the field of voltage regulation and power quality equipment.

Established a branch office in Qingdao, Shandong Province. In the same year, obtained the Telecommunication Network Access License and Daqing Oilfield Access Certification.

Passed the qualification review by a naval research institute and developed customized voltage stabilizers and transformers for its missile launch systems.

Successfully developed our first harmonic filtering device, expanding the expertise into power quality solutions.Wenlida also diversified its business by establishing Chengfang Automatic Door Technology Company, expanding into automatic door R&D and manufacturing.

Following the establishment of Chengfang, founded Shanghai Wenlida Power Electronics Company and formed partnerships with Baosteel Anda Power Quality Company. Became a designated supplier for Oriental Pearl, Longgong Group, and Gleason Corporation.

Became a trusted power supply supplier for ZTE, Huawei, Doosan Machine Tools, Harbin Aircraft Industry Group, and Shengu Group, expanding its presence in the telecommunications and laser industries.

Launched construction of new projects in the Jiading High-Tech Industrial Park (Shanghai) and Jiashan Production Base (45,000 m²). Established Shanghai Wenlida Complete Equipment Company, and became a designated supplier for Huawei Technologies, Klingelnberg, Chaoyang Tire, and Sailun Jinyu Group.

During the Beijing Olympics year, Wenlida was listed as a supplier for Expo 2010 Shanghai and became a designated supplier for Han’s Group and China Mobile (Jinhua, Zhejiang). Established Wenlida Power Technology Company to develop solar grid-tied inverters and variable-frequency power supplies.

Designated supplier for CNPC, Shanghai Aerospace, No.713 Research Institute, and Schneider Electric.

Registered and founded Shanghai Wenlida Technology Company, consolidating multiple business units under one corporate entity.

Partnered with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to establish the FACTS Technology R&D Center, officially launching development of the Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) series. In December, formed the Laminated Busbar Project Department, collaborating with Siemens, ABB, and SEMIKRON (Germany) to open the international laminated busbar market.
