Voltage stabilizers and active harmonic filters protecting servers, UPS systems, and critical IT infrastructure from voltage fluctuations and harmonics
Data centers play a critical role in today’s digital infrastructure. With a vast number of servers, UPS units, and computing systems operating continuously, they are highly sensitive to power quality issues such as harmonics, voltage imbalance, interruptions, and transients. Poor power quality or unstable supply can lead to system downtime, equipment failure, or even data loss, causing severe operational and financial impact.
Harsh industrial conditions, including continuous high-temperature environments (up to 60°C), metal dust accumulation, and frequent high-speed switching (up to 10 cycles per minute), accelerate component aging and mechanical wear.
Our servo and static voltage stabilizers are engineered to handle such demanding high-power loads. Designed for instantaneous current impact, they deliver high capacity, high efficiency, and rapid response, ensuring stable voltage output and reliable operation for laser processing and metalworking systems.
Our static voltage stabilizers are designed to handle input voltage fluctuations of up to ±30% or higher, responding rapidly to maintain stable output. They provide independent phase regulation, effectively correcting voltage imbalance and ensuring continuous, stable power supply for sensitive IT and networking equipment.
Solid-state voltage regulator for maintenance-free voltage stabilization and delivering highly stable output voltage for electrical equipment
- Rated capacity: three-phase 10–1600 kVA, single-phase 3–50 kVA
- Phase number: single-phase or three-phase (optional)
- Input voltage: three-phase, five-wire 380 V (± 15%), single-phase 220 V (± 15 %) (customizable upon request)
Our active harmonic filter (AHF) uses advanced power electronics technology to dynamically eliminate harmonic distortion. The system detects harmonic currents in real time and injects equal and opposite compensation currents, filtering harmonics up to the 50th order. Controlled by high-speed IGBT modules with switching frequencies up to 20 kHz and a 1 ms current response time, the APF maintains up to 97% filtering efficiency, ensuring clean and reliable power for data center operations.
