Voltage and frequency converters use AC-DC-AC conversion technology to transform incoming power into a clean, adjustable sine wave output. They provide stable voltage, precise frequency control, and clean sine wave output in a single integrated unit. The converters handle resistive, inductive, capacitive, and mixed loads with ease, while their flexible control system allows them to reproduce various grid standards or specific working conditions. They’re widely used in testing environments, research facilities, and projects that involve adapting power systems to different grid standards around the world.

  • Voltage and frequency converters use IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) and SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) technology to deliver a clean sine wave output with ultra-low harmonic distortion.
  • Designed for high energy efficiency and stable long-term performance, featuring low no-load losses and the ability to handle short-term overloads, which is suitable for high-power applications.
  • These converters ensure excellent power quality with precise control of voltage and frequency. Output settings can be adjusted smoothly and continuously, supporting quick switching between international grid standards.
  • Capable of handling sudden load variations within milliseconds, keeping voltage stable so that precision instruments and testing equipment continue running smoothly.
  • A modular design and intelligent control system allow integration with PLC networks for remote operation and automation management.
  • Multiple protection functions, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, work together with low-noise cooling to enhance reliability in demanding environments.
  • DSP digital control technology ensures precise voltage and frequency output, maintaining an accuracy level of ±1%.
  • They can be easily upgraded with communication interfaces including RS232, RS485, CAN, or RJ45, all supporting the MODBUS-RTU protocol for remote monitoring.
  • With a THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) level as low as 2% (and ≤0.1% for advanced models), the converters provide a pure and stable power output suitable for precision instruments.
  • Each converter is equipped with an isolation transformer that separates the input from the output, helping reduce electromagnetic interference and ensuring safer, more stable operation.
